For International Journal of Comprehensive Engineering (ISSN 2186-2680 for print, e-ISSN 2186-2656 for online), authors are asked to pay a fee of 2000 Chinese Yuan or 16000 Japanese Yen or 400 US Dollars per processed paper (5-10 pages), but only if the article is accepted for publication in this journal after peer-review. If the paper exceeds 5 pages, it must be paid 500 Chinese Yuan or 5000 Japanese Yen or 60 US Dollars per extra page. Accepted papers will be published continuously (as soon as accepted) online (e-ISSN 2186-2656), and will be published in the print (ISSN 2186-2680).
